Description:  Bring a crock pot full of your favorite soup to the 6th Annual Soup Cook Off at noon to Singleton’s Store on Main Street in Proctorsville. Prizes include Singleton’s world famous smoked bacon, a Singleton’s hoodie, tee shirt and of course “bragging rights.” The entry fee is $10. Judging is by the public who are asked to make a donation.  This year proceeds will be given to the Ballantine Animal Fund, a fund created earlier this year and named after Jim Ballantine.
