Warning for the Annual Meeting of Cavendish Fire District #2

To be held on Tuesday February 2, 2021

The legal voters of Cavendish Fire District #2 are hereby notified and warned to meet at the Cavendish Fire Station on Tuesday February 2, 2020 at 7:30 pm to act on the following articles:

Article 1: To postpone the annual meeting to a later in the year in order to minimize the ris kof spreading Covid 19 and to allow greater voter participation as quarantine mandates are lifted.

Article 2. To hear and act on the Auditors report (no report-position vacant)

Article 3: To elect officers as follows:

Current Members are:

Robert Evens-term up 2021

Stuart Lindberg-term up 2022

Scott Ranney-term up 2023

Clerk for one year-Matthew Seaton

Treasurer-Maureen Savage

Auditor- (currently vacant)

Tax Collector-Town Manager, Brendan McNamara

Elect officers as follows:

Robert Evens-Prudential Committee for 3 year term ending 2024

Moderator for one year-Abraham Gross

Treasurer for one year-Maureen Savage

Clerk for one year-Matthew Seaton

Tax Collector for one year-Brendan McNamara

Auditor for one year-

Article 4: To see if the legal voters of District #2 will raise money and in what amount for the purpose of defraying expenses for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30,2022.

Article 5: To permanently move the date of the CFD meeting to a more weather friendly date in April or Mary.

Article 6: To conduct any other business
